Beet Greens

What you need

1 bunch beet greens
2-3 cloves garlic
1/2 tblspn salt
1/4 lime
1 pat butter

How to do it

Mince garlic, heat in olive oil until fragrant but not browned. Add chopped greens. Cook until they look right - wilted a bit (but they won't wilt like spinach does). Add pat butter and salt. Stir until butter is melted. Remove from heat, squeeze lime over, and serve.
